Refund and Return Policy

At RichPete, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products, personalized creations, print-on-demand books, educational resources, games, and creative materials designed to help our customers grow richer in every way. Because many of our products are digital, customized, or produced specifically for each order, all sales are subject to the refund and return terms outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products Policy

All Digital Product Sales Are Final

All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the nature of digital goods, once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted, the product cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any digital product purchased through our store.

This policy applies to all digital products sold on RichPete, including but not limited to:

  • eBooks

  • Audiobooks

  • Digital bundles

  • Downloadable guides

  • Courses and educational materials

  • Printable products

  • Workbooks

  • Journals

  • Templates

  • Publishing resources

  • Public domain manuscript packs

  • Business resources

  • Print-and-play games

  • Activity packs

  • Digital personalized products

  • Membership materials

  • Downloadable PDFs

  • Editable files

  • Bonus resources

  • Companion materials

Once purchased, digital products are considered delivered and consumed immediately upon access or download.

2. Personalized Books & Customized Products

No Refunds on Personalized or Custom-Made Products

All personalized and custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because these products are created specifically for each customer using personalized names, information, custom text, custom artwork, or unique customization requests, they cannot be resold or reused once production begins.

This includes:

  • Personalized children’s books

  • Personalized adult books

  • Customized journals

  • Customized gifts

  • Custom digital products

  • Personalized print books

  • Personalized bundles

  • Any made-to-order customized product

No Cancellation Once Production Begins

Once a personalized order has been submitted, the project enters production and resources are immediately allocated toward development, design, formatting, editing, customization, and fulfillment.

As a result:

  • Refund requests cannot be made while waiting for delivery.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after production has started.

  • Refunds will not be issued because a customer changes their mind during the production process.

  • Refunds will not be issued because delivery is still pending while production is actively underway.

By placing an order for a personalized product, you acknowledge and agree that work begins shortly after purchase and that production costs and labor are committed immediately.

3. Print-on-Demand (POD) Books Policy

Print Books Are Produced On Demand

 

All physical print books sold on RichPete are print-on-demand products.

This means books are manufactured specifically for each order after purchase. Because each copy is produced individually upon request, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded after they have been submitted for production.

 

This policy applies to:

  • Paperback books

  • Hardcover books

  • Special edition books

  • Personalized print books

  • Journals and notebooks

  • Workbooks

  • Printed educational materials

  • Print bundles

No Refunds for Print-on-Demand Orders

Because print-on-demand books are custom-produced for each customer:

  • We do not offer refunds for POD products.

  • We do not accept returns for POD products.

  • We do not allow cancellations once production has started.

  • We do not issue refunds due to delivery wait times, printing timelines, or shipping timelines.

4. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Physical Products

 

If a physical print product arrives:

  • significantly damaged,

  • defective,

  • misprinted,

  • or materially different from the order placed,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number,

  • photographs of the issue,

  • and a description of the problem.

Where appropriate, we may, at our discretion:

  • replace the item,

  • reprint the product,

  • or provide store credit.

We reserve the right to determine whether an issue qualifies for replacement assistance.

5. Download Issues & Technical Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a purchased digital product, we are happy to assist.

Examples include:

  • broken download links,

  • corrupted files,

  • inaccessible downloads,

  • or missing digital files.

Please contact our support team with your order information, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Technical assistance does not constitute eligibility for a refund.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed after successful product delivery, download access, customization work, or production commencement may result in:

  • permanent account restrictions,

  • denial of future purchases,

  • cancellation of ongoing services,

  • and submission of evidence to payment processors,

  • and submission of evidence to law enforcement.

7. Agreement to This Policy

By purchasing from RichPete, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy.

You also acknowledge that:

  • digital products cannot be returned once delivered,

  • personalized products involve immediate resource allocation and production, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

  • and print-on-demand products are manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be refunded or returned.
